Incentive trip with a goal
A incentive trip with a purpose combines fun with business. Sometimes it's the challenging problems within the company that you want to approach and discuss in a different way, in an informal setting far from the daily workplace.
During this incentive trip, we have one or more coaches who will accompany you throughout the entire journey. Depending on your goal, we will design the program together with the coaches. This will be a combination of serious personal development and thinking about the future of the company. We combine this with unique fun activities and delicious lunches and dinners at fantastic locations.
An in-depth conversation doesn't have to take place in a room with four bare walls; it can just as easily happen in a vineyard during a Spanish sherry wine tasting, on a catamaran trip over the Mediterranean Sea, or during a nature walk through the remote Gorafe Desert.
A coaching staff trip goes far beyond standard team building or personal development conversations.
