During this staff trip we have one or more coaches who guide you during the entire trip.
Depending on your goal, we set up the program together with the coaches. A combination of serious personal development and thinking about the future of the company and everyone's role in it with unique fun activities.
An in-depth conversation does not have to be in a room with 4 bare walls, but can take place in a vineyard during a tasting of Spanish sherry wines, on a catamaran trip on the Mediterranean Sea, or during a nature walk along the cliffs of the Camito del Rey or in the deserted Gorafe desert.
