Organize a incentive trip to Malaga. Malaga is one of the popular cities that has emerged as an incentive destination in recent years. Malaga is no longer the city where you arrive for a beach holiday on the Costa del sol. Malaga is a very pleasant city with an excellent gastronomic offer, cozy tapas bars everywhere and fantastic rooftops with a view over the Mediterranean sea. The many museums make it a culturally attractive destination and the location by the sea and close to the mountains make Malaga an excellent starting point for a sailing trip, beach activity, city game or outdoor activities in the mountains. But also a visit to the white villages or the jet set Marbella are around the corner.

We have put together our favorite 3-day trip that fits perfectly with a staff trip.

Day 1: After lunch in a typical Spanish tapas restaurant we start the first day with discovering the city of Malaga during our team building bike tour. After this, there is room for free time before moving to dinner at the beer factory. We end the first day with a drink at one of the beautiful rooftop in Malaga with a view over the city and the harbor.

Day 2: we go out into the Mediterranean sea during a sailing trip and stop in the middle of the sea for a refreshing dive, Stand Up Paddle activity and lunch on the boat. After we have a moment of free time we go up the roofs of the cathedral, we do this in the evening to make it an extra special visit, then we dive into the Spanish tapas bars during the tapas tour dinner.

Day 3: The last day we conclude with a visit to the special market of Malaga where we provide a tasting and conclude with a Spanish cooking workshop and homemade lunch. A relaxed end to a Mediterranean staff trip.
