One of the best things of Andalusia is the quality of the food. The locals love pure products of good quality. Not too much spices but respect for authentic flavors.
Everybody can cook rice, boil some water, add the rice, check how many minutes and set the timer. But this is not the way we will cook during this cooking class. You will learn how to give this special local touch that makes it a perfect meal.
You can choose out of different dishes to cook, tapas, paella, or some typical dishes like Spinach and chickpeas or Salmorejo, a cold tomato soup.
Off course the sangria will be part of this local food experience.
If you will end up as the master chef of the day or not, you will definitely enjoy this experience.
This activity includes your own made lunch and drinks during the activity and lunch.
