Sevillian Cooking Workshop
One of the best things about Andalusia is the quality of its food. The locals love pure, high-quality ingredients. Not too many spices, but respect for authentic flavors.
Anyone can cook rice—boil some water, add rice, check the minutes, and set the timer. But that’s not how we will cook during this workshop. You’ll learn how to add that special local touch that makes it a perfect meal.
You can choose from various dishes to cook: tapas, paella, or some typical dishes like spinach with chickpeas or salmorejo, a cold tomato soup. Of course, sangria will be part of this local culinary experience.
Whether you become the master chef of the day or not, you will certainly enjoy this authentic cooking experience.
