Team Building Activities in Seville

Are you looking for original team‑building ideas for your corporate event in Seville? We have selected ten activities that are not only great fun, but also stimulate cooperation, creativity and team spirit while you increase your knowledge about the city. We also organise games in different zones of Seville so that you can make the most of your visit. Discover Seville in an original way with these 10 group activities:

  1. Casa de la Moneda – a reverse escape room
Unlike a classic escape room, this game is about breaking in rather than escaping: your team tries to gain access to the historic Casa de la Moneda. Communication and problem‑solving are key. Together you solve puzzles and crack codes, and a secret meeting with “the Professor” in the park makes this activity an exciting adventure. more info
  2. Seville Shots – photo challenge through the city
In this creative competition you and your team explore Seville and capture the most beautiful, funniest or most original moments on camera. The game leads you through hidden streets and iconic locations in the centre and is a fun way to discover the city. The photos taken provide a lasting memory that will be talked about for a long time. more info
  3. Guadalquivir Games – games along the river
The Guadalquivir is the lifeblood of Seville. In this team game you work along the river and carry out various tasks that require cooperation. The combination of fresh air and water makes for an active experience. In addition to independent tasks and questions completed via our app, instructors are stationed at various points with physical challenges. For true competitors, water activities such as stand‑up paddle, canoe or kayak races can be added. more info
  4. Plaza de España Dropping – orientation challenge
Starting at the famous Plaza de España, one of Seville’s most impressive monuments, you and your team are dropped off and must find your way back to the centre without a guide. Along the way you complete fun tasks and learn more about the city’s history and architecture through questions you answer. The game can end at any location in the centre. more info
  5. Break‑In Alcázar – crack the royal palace
The Real Alcázar of Seville is a UNESCO World Heritage site, one of the city’s best‑known attractions and a must‑see. In this game you symbolically break into the palace. It is an original variation on the escape room where you solve riddles and deepen your knowledge of the monument. Whoever cracks the safe earns tickets to the palace, which you will visit with a guide after the city game. more info
  6. Seville Bike Adventure – cycling tour of highlights
Seville is flat and bike‑friendly. During this group cycling tour you explore the main districts and monuments. Guides bring history to life, similar to a guided city walk, so you get to know the city while being active. The beauty of this tour is that you discover other parts of the city such as the river, La Cartuja, María Luisa Park and, of course, Plaza de España, the city’s most important monument, which is free to visit. more info
  7. Paella Masters Sevilla – cooking contest of traditional Spanish dishes
Cooking and sharing a meal brings people together. In this cooking competition you and your team prepare a traditional paella and optionally a sangría in true Master Chef style. Prepare the ingredients with your team, learn new techniques and taste the results together. It’s perfect for discovering the chef in yourself and getting to know your colleagues in a different way. more info
  8. Flamenco Experience – dive into the soul of Andalusia
No art form is as connected to Seville as flamenco. During this unique tour, inspired by the “En busca de ese duende gitano” route, you learn about the origins of flamenco and visit places where this dance and music were born. As you walk through the city you hear about the history and meaning of flamenco and take part in a workshop where the essence of this art form is explained and you learn to clap and try the basic dance steps. Afterwards you will view a flamenco performance with new eyes. more info
  9. Ruta de Bodegas – wine experience outside the city
For wine lovers, the Bodegas Route is ideal. You leave Seville and travel by bus to the picturesque town of La Palma del Condado, where you visit various wineries. After a walk through the vineyards you enjoy a tasting and a shared lunch. This excursion offers a relaxed way to learn more about Andalusian wine, sherry and brandy. more info
  10. Real Alcázar & Santa Cruz – discover a royal palace and historic district
This tour combines a visit to the Real Alcázar with a walk through the charming Santa Cruz district. You stroll along well‑known squares and streets as well as hidden alleys and learn about the history of this old Jewish quarter. The visit ends at the Alcázar, where you explore the gardens and halls that are part of the World Heritage site. We have an extensive network of excellent, multilingual official city guides. more info

Frequently asked questions

Which period is most suitable?
Seville has a Mediterranean climate with mild winters and warm summers and it is sunny almost all year. For active outdoor activities it is best to avoid the summer months of July and August. Although spring (March–May) and autumn (September–November) are the most popular, you can also enjoy the city in winter; the sun almost always shines and maximum temperatures above 20 °C are not uncommon.

Can these activities be adapted to different group sizes?
Yes. Most games are scalable. Escape‑type activities and city games work well with groups of 10 to 200 people, and some city games and team‑building activities can be played by groups of up to 1,000 participants.

Why hire a local organiser?
A partner like Be Sevilla has local knowledge, connections and experienced staff. They ensure that different program components are coordinated, flow well together and that the overall programme is balanced. In addition, they take over the organisation so that you and your team can focus on enjoying the activity.
